They will destroy them. Addicts and crazy destroy things. They aren’t functioning adults. The handful who may try to keep it nice will simply be destroyed by their neighbors.
Addicts and crazy should in my opinion be put into involuntary conservator ships with plain old jail time for anti social behavior. A yearly review since some do stabilize and that would be great if they did.
At Lowe’s you can buy a 16 x 14 she’d that is nice for $7200. Someone is making money from the taxpayers...

We live in a nice 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath wit ha big storage shed, a pond on 5 acres in the Ozarks I bought for 100K.
A $130,000 for a tiny home😵 you can get a decent travel trailer for a fraction of that price.

I suspect that a modified pop-up cabin could be built for less than $10,000. Especially if the homeless assembled them themselves.
