Gallbladder issues don’t just start up overnight. There are many painfull warning signs over months or even years before the condition becomes lethal. A mild gall bladder attack can feel like very nauseating indigestion, putting a person off their food for days, and a moderately severe (but still non-lethal) attack can feel like a heart attack and send the sufferer to the ER.
I’m not buying this explanation that she just suddenly keeled over from a gb attack.
Depends entirely on the size of the company. A friend of mine had a medium-level position in sales and marketing, and he was in on all the strategy meetings, and knew everyone in the company after a few years. There was a company cafeteria where conversations could be off-guard and overheard. There was web access to many areas of research. Don't be naive.

That pumped a gallstone out of my gallbladder where it lodged in the duct and the swelling choked of my pancreatic duct, blowing up my pancreas like a balloon until it exploded.
Which, by the way, is a LOT more painful than it sounds.

Try harder. I post regularly on 2A issues, antifa, the complete and utter failures of Democrat governors to deal with COVID-19 appropriately, SCOTUS cases, the Ahmaud Arbery case, various issues around COVID, and plenty of other things.
Only reason you'll see a lot of posts on vaccine threads recently is because there's been a flood of lies and fearmongering posted by anti-vaxxers and those lies interfere with people's freedom to make their own judgements about what's best for their own health and wellbeing and that of their families. If anti-vaxxers would quit posting lies intended to scare people away from the vaccines, I could post on more interesting topics. As it is, the doctors actually treating patients who post on FR can only spend but so many hours a day combating these lies, so I try to pitch in where I can.
And I'd like to know why the lies and fearmongering posted by anti-vaxxers are tolerated after multiple practicing physicians who regularly post on FR have explained exactly what they're saying is complete and utter nonsense.
