The status at any particular date is not determinant of the ultimate outcome, because anything could happen. Literally anything.
For one thing, China's military intelligence infiltration of the West is being unraveled publicly as I type. China Joe, the holder of the "Office of the President-Elect", is pinned down in the global spotlight with no place to hide.

The Arizona hearing just pointed out that Federal law allows anyone to vote “Federal only” without proving citizenship. They do have to show ID.
They called on the Federal government to change that law.
They did say there were 8000 people voting “Federal only”. 4000 of those I believe were an indian tribe who do have citizenship. So the other 4000 could be illegal voters.
