No Biden only gets the electors he won ...the electors from the witholding states don’t go to Biden.If the electors from all the other states were withheld, Biden would win with the electors he still has but the election goes down in history as an asterisk due to charges of large scale fraud and cheating.
The evil deep staters have a dilemma. In order for their corrupt edifices of power to survive, they need enough of the gaslighted public to support it in the name of “what is good for the country” and “duty to the higher calling of the constitution”. If we “charlie browns” decide to revert to and act on the “wisdom of serpents” duality of our natures while keeping “ the harmlessness of doves” as we did in electing Trump then they won’t know how to handle us. The evil deepstaters’ edifices will crumble when good men refuse to countenance them. If we decide to act on Christ’s urging for us to sell our cloaks and buy swords for the troubles that are coming...then all bets are off. It may mean some months and even years of hardships and struggles and losses of wealth and even famine but what else is left to do. We can not support evil anymore.
America’s walls of promise need to be rebuilt and we may need to do it keeping our weapons close by. We have more in common with ancient Israel then we like to admit including her corruptions. Yet God can heal us if we repent and again act as moral men and women.
Being reported as a security risk by the DHS or ODNI doesn’t trump the constitution as to who gets to be president. Any current president ultimately can tell DHS and ODNI to take a hike and that is a sick fact with only impeachment and removal being the remedy against a corrupt administration.

I’m afraid that for Trump states to withhold their electors, would only make it worse. The constitutional provision is “The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed”. If fewer electors are appointed, fewer are needed in order to win.

Being a national security risk will not prevent someone from being president, or restrict his actions when he is. The whole national security system operates under the authority of the president. He automatically has access to everything.
IF a National Election is held with 50 different sets of rules...how is that a National Election???

I’m with you on this, if the Texas case was dismissed due to standing, it will be interesting to see what SCOTUS does with Trump’s PA case (docketed), Wood’s case (docketed), and Powell’s 4 cases (filed).
The Trump case in GA was filed in state court on 12/4, it is obvious that court has no interest in moving things along. I hope they get a better response from the state Supreme Court.
Between all of them, plaintiffs are voters, electors, the GOP, the RNC and the President. So, anyway, we will know soon enough if SCOTUS finds any of us have standing.
If they are security risks, the avenue for removing them is impeachment.
We decry the left’s method of running to the courts to get the outcomes they want. Yet, here we are, championing the courts, to get the outcome we want.
Be consistent. It’s up to the states where the infractions occurred to remedy them. I hope that those states, esp. the ones with legislatures that stand behind the laws they make, hold those accountable for breaking the law and make sure that from now forward, rogue officials are stopped right out of the gate. People involved in election fraud should never be allowed near any part of the election process again.

It hasn’t been discussed much, but there are many, many people (some in my own household) who voted for Trump in 2016, but did not in 2020. They couldn’t stand Trump personally - even though they liked his policies. Maybe that’s short sighted, but it’s fact.
They viewed Trump as a buffoon who was constantly alienating people by his crude behavior and twitter storms.
At some point, you have to face the truth and see the elephant in the room. Trump is his own worst enemy.
People want to like their president, not cringe or be ashamed of him. Trump burned many bridges.

We are certainly a minority here, but people have to face the truth and move on.
The courts will not save Trump, nor should they. We’re a republic, not a tinpot federal dictatorship.
Each state is responsible for allocating its electors. If they screw it up, unfortunately it does affect other states. But there’s really no remedy to that via the courts. The legislature is the remedy, but NO legislature is going to negate the popular vote of their state. They’ll pontificate and vow to fix the illegality. Some will, some won’t. Some fixes will work, some won’t.
At the present, it will have to suffice for us to know that Biden’s victory is suspect. (Personally, I think he won, even if the win looks inflated due to fraud.) His side cheated big time - in many states - not just those four that are the subject of the major lawsuits.
As citizens, we must insist that elections are conducted according to law and be willing to become personally involved, if they are not.

I haven’t seen actual proof that enough votes were fraudulent to make the difference.
The courts may not save Trump, but you haven’t been paying attention if you don’t realize that Trump wide by a very comfortable electoral margin—except for the massive election fraud.
