I had coincidentally watched some of the Michigan legislative hearing just yesterday.

Johnson was given time to question the witnesses, and couldn't restrain herself a vituperative, insulting and barely coherent screed against the witnesses and her peers in the legislature.

I seriously wondered whether she was drunk, but now it seems more likely that she's mentally ill.
