He looked a little sad when he walked out.

He's sad because he gave his fellow Americans who cheated a chance to fess up, and they wouldn't.

Now, he has to treat them like the human excrement that they are, and it saddens him a little.

He'll get over it, and so will we. ;-)

The “final glance” was nothing you think.

I’m hard of hearing and rely on lip reading and facial expressions to assess everything about people.

There was no despair, there.

He looked pissed off several times, and he has every right to be livid, just like the rest of us, only much MORE so.

“It was the final glance over the shoulder at the crowd.”

Sure, because everyone who is happy or at least not sad walks around with a smile on their face all the time....smiling always smiling 7/24/365 always with the smile....because to NOT have a smile on your face means you are unhappy.

Bring all our troops home, Mr. President.

We are going to need them right here!

Those who are planning a major, hot fire coup would rather not have loyalist troops here in the USA.

they ..enemies foreign and domestic...would prefer to have our best troops bogged down in third-world shitholes.

I agree with your assessment.

For my estimate, I use pictures of the crowd at Montoursville on October 31.

That was estimated at 12 to 15 thousand.

this crowd looked similar to me.

When you have trouble hearing the nuances of speech, you learn to watch the body language.

He didn’t seem “broken”, to me, just livid.
