Exactly. He called for an audit Nov 20 as well and that didn’t happen.
In fact, his and the SOS lawyers are filing motions right now against Powell’s lawsuit saying that they don’t want the machines audited either.

Kemp is lying according to Trump, who has stated repeatedly that Kemp COULD order a state of emergency and take over the role from the SoS Rattburger.
I wonder if he'll try to make a deal that involves throwing the SOS under the bus, in order to deflect scrutiny off of himself, and hoping to come out of it looking like a hero?

I didnt hear the constitual PHd in the GA hearing say that though.
What I didn hear during that hearing was many of the members of the GA legislature could not understand that there are 2 issues, either one can trigger naming new electors:
1) there appears to be cheating and
2) more importantly, election laws were broken when side agreements were signed that changed election law illegally.
On point #2, the morons members just could understand that alone calls for invalidating the election.

I’m sad to say that under the current scenario BOTH GA senators lose, which I know will be deadly for America.
Margins will be razor thin and enough people are not going to vote for Loeffler or Purdue until and unless they lead the rallying cry for a forensic analysis and really pressure the SOS.
It will prevent scrutiny of Dominion election fraud and Kemps complicity.

The FIRST crime proven by the video is separating the monitors from the observation of the counting. THAT is illegal. Lying to the monitors to get them to leave shows bad intent. Pulling out hidden ballots and counting them without poll observers is ILLEGAL election FRAUD. You cannot get more direct proof of crime.
I cued it up to the part where he "debunks" the video, and that part is only 5 minutes long.
Scott basically repeats the Lead Stories.com "debunking" in that there were workers who's job it was to cut open envelopes, and once they had cut open all of the envelopes, they were told to leave for the day. The poll watchers misunderstood and thought all counting was done for the day and they left, too. Nobody told them to leave, and that there was an Elections official on site the entire time.
I'm not convinced. Also, the Georgia Secretary of State investigators looked at the entire day's footage from the convention center and saw nothing out of the ordinary.
I want to see the video of how the ballot cases got under the table, and at what time that happened. Then maybe if that checks out, then I'll believe the debunk.
