If you assume that we have a semi-competent FBI and NSA, then having Democratic Party and foreign government try to influence a single State’s senate races, should be easy to monitor for fraud.

This could provide the smoking bullet that even CNN might recognize as foreign election fraud and Democratic Party fraud. If that happens, then Biden and the Democratic party will be always known throughout history as those associated with election fraud.

It’s only a felony if you prosecute.

“ Two problems. Registration must be 3 months before election. In a run-off, only voters who voted in the primary can vote in the run-off. So if their names are on the list of registered voters today, THEY CAN’T VOTE in the Senate runoff. ”

This wasn’t a primary. Had it been, you would be correct. I looked in to it. Ga residents can resister until Dec 5 to vote in the senate runoff. You can also vote in the runoff if you did not vote in the general. If they get away with stealing the general, they will surely steal the runoff.

The rules you cited did not come from Ga code statutes, did they? And if a voter voted in the primary, why would they be registering again.

But the voter registration list at the time of the primary is the only pool of potential voters for the runoff that follows the state statutes. Neither the Governor nor the courts have authority to change election law without legislative action. And maybe even a public vote on the change.
