Two possibilities (albeit not likely), are:
1) at the touchscreen voting booth where you select candidate A and it prints a receipt for candidate B which you then deposit into a scanner
2) at the scanner where it flips the vote.
IMHO neither of these is highly probably though, at least in GA and MI, but others will defend "it happened".
I think they are after something else here.
Have they found the unregistered voters that cast 171,000 votes in Milwaukee yet? I guess if nobody’s watching the watchman anything is possible.
“They’re not excluding the thousands of votes all signed by MLW, gathered at nursing home/assisted living facilities.”

That has been going on for many years. My Dad’s vote was taken in a Wis nursing home..... he was in the memory care ward. No one should have been allowed in there to do that.
Our Republican politicians have allowed this kind of stuff to go on. Why?
When you “re-count” the same fraudulent ballots, you are going to get the same fraudulent results....
Nobody on this thread is reading why the president is doing this it seems. Identifying illegal votes, which they did by more than Bidens margin
Doesn't sound like a the 17 point margin the media were trumpeting as the inevitable result there with Biden getting close to 60% per their polls.
Were these polls enough to depress voters and / or create a bandwagon effect for Biden? Not very many...but with margins that close, even a tiny fraction of a percent made the difference, so any one minor event could have swayed the outcome.
IF you & I sit at a table with a large box of counterfeit currency and count RECOUNT RECOUNT again, we may come up with the same numbers...
However, we still do not have real money.
We still have counterfeit money.
Good analogy
