If he has to leave office, and maybe anyway, I’d like our President to authorize a nuke tipped cruise missile attack on AP, NY Times, Google, Fakebook, and twitter on a first salvo. Easy to rationalize as they are all enemies of the state.

".... how can three people be so wrong?....".

I have a little test I run on articles posted on FR to see how accurate they are"

1. Check the source of the article. Is it liberal, neutral or conservative?

2. Check the number of reporters or authors of the article. Did one, two, three or more people write the story?

3. Check for a named attribution for the details in the story. Is the source of the information in the article named or are they anonymous?

If the source is Leftist, has more than one reporter or author and uses anonymous or unnamed sources....then the story or article is Fake News.

In this case, the article is from the Associated Press, written by three people and uses unnamed sources. This article is fake news. Made up. Not true.

The test results are 99.9% accurate.

“Zombies are dead people walking along the living - this litigation is the same thing,” said Franita Tolson, a professor at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. “In terms of litigation that could change the election, all these cases are basically dead men walking.”

AP's intrepid journalists work hard to find unbiased sources:

As a nationally recognized expert in election law, Vice Dean Tolson has written for or appeared as a commentator for various mass media outlets including The New York Times, Reuters and Bloomberg Law. She has testified before the House Judiciary Committee regarding the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act. She has also authored a legal analysis for an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, introduced by Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Richard Durbin, that would explicitly protect the right to vote. Vice Dean Tolson currently works as an election law analyst for CNN and co-hosts an election themed podcast, Free and Fair with Franita and Foley, with Ned Foley of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. . .Franita Tolson

“This really is our version of a polite coup d’etat,” said Thomas Mann, senior resident scholar at the Institute of Governmental Studies at the University of California at Berkeley. “It could end quickly if the Republican Party acknowledged what was going on. But they cower in the face of Trump’s connection with the base.”

He first came to Washington in 1969 as a Congressional Fellow in the offices of Senator Philip A. Hart and Representative James G. O'Hara. Mann has taught at Princeton University, Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, the University of Virginia and American University; conducted polls for congressional candidates; worked as a consultant to IBM and the Public Broadcasting Service; chaired the Board of Overseers of the National Election Studies; and served as an expert witness in the constitutional defense of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance law. He lectures frequently in the United States and abroad on American politics and public policy and is also a regular contributor to newspaper stories and television and radio programs on politics and governance. Mann is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.: Thomas E. Mann, Institute of Governmental Studies, University of California, Berkeley

“The legal process seems to be unfolding the way it’s supposed to, but the Trump campaign has made clear its desire to throw wrenches in the system wherever it can,” said Lisa Marshall Manheim, a professor at the University of Washington School of Law.

Professor Manheim earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale College and her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Yale Law Journal. After graduating from law school, Professor Manheim clerked for Judge Pierre N. Leval of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Washington, Professor Manheim worked as an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where she specialized in appellate practice, commercial litigation, and political law.: Lisa Marshall Manheim

“Thomas Mann, senior resident scholar at the Institute of Governmental Studies at the University of California at Berkeley.”

I wonder if this is the same Thomas Mann who belongs to the Brookings Institution?
