It’s too late to win the needed states. You are correct in which the only remedy is for the SC to throw the election to the House. That would be easily the most momentous decision the SC has made. Each justice will be defined for the rest of their life by this one decision - that is if they even accept the case. The evidence must be profound, nationwide, provable, easy to understand and supported by a vast majority of the public. The SC is not even going to accept a case based on workers marking ballots, etc. That’s old hat.
Powell was causing too much consternation for the deep state demonrats and RINOs by discussing the enormity of the fraud perpetrated upon this election. That is why she’s gone from shitter for now. She intends to expose it ALL. For now, however, Rudy is focused on illegal changes made in voting processing and accepting illegal ballots by each of the contested states which the Supreme Court will have to consider.
There’s no big “falling out” between those working to expose the angles of the Trump election Fraud War.

No, each state legislature with questionable elections should choose their slate of electors in a manor of their choosing.

At the house, there are only 50 votes, one for each state. Trump wins there.

You do not seem to understand how this works... Nancy Pelosi doesn not want this to go to the house. In this case each state has a delegation with one vote per state. California and New York have the same number of votes as Idaho and Montana... one each. The incoming house makes the decision. The incoming house has 31 Republican delegations and 19 Democrat delegations... I wonder how that would go for Sleepy Joe.
It's in the 12th Ammendment to the US Constitution:
"the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice."
