USC Art. II states:
Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States, shall be appointed an elector.
What part of that don't you understand?

I already addressed that for you in my response. Read it again. Politicians are risk averse and are not going to vote for electors that do not reflect the wishes of their voters. They will kick the can down the road and let the Supreme Court handle it. It is politically safer that way.

Betting against her would probably be a good value proposition with the outlandish accusations and a lack of any substance behind them.
Who would actually bet against the Deep State? I don’t see them weakened at all.
