Don’t get on the ventilator.
The ventilators = The new guillotine
My wife was positive.
I was negative.
I lost my sense of smell. She only had a mild fever
If you don’t mind. What is yours and your wifes age bracket?
There ought to be an age where you cannot serve in politics anymore. I say 70-75 and you are done.
You basically voided Trump's first term!
“...What makes Democrats immune from it?...”
The “D” after their name. This is the smartest virus ever known to man. It can tell time, distance, gender, race, political affiliation, etc. etc. One would almost think that it is run by.....humans.
The RATS most likely have been on HCQ since a week before their CCP-colluded, planned virus release date.
Remember those millions of doses of HCQ from India that were donated to the USA...wonder where they went? The RATs ain’t wondering.
Sorry to hear this and hopes he makes a rapid and full recovery.
prayers
I’ve tested positive for coronavirus. I’ll b following my doctors’ orders/CDC guidelines & continue to quarantine. I’m feeling good + will keep up on my work for the ppl of Iowa from home. I appreciate everyone’s well wishes + prayers &look fwd to resuming my normal schedule soon— ChuckGrassley (@ChuckGrassley) November 17, 2020
Indoor transmission rates of COVID-19 are much higher than outdoors so it’s especially important to wear a mask indoors in addition to social distancing 6+ft. I also encourage Iowans to wear masks outdoors if they are going to be near other ppl & can’t properly distance— ChuckGrassley (@ChuckGrassley) June 30, 2020

Didn't stop you from getting it apparently.
Take a break. You definitely need one.
He is certainly in the vulnerable category. Hopefully, he makes it through with flying colors.
About 10% to 20% fatality rate at 87 depending on the source. Certainly not a death sentence, but not something anyone wants to gamble with. He seems healthy enough, but at his age, age itself is a "comorbidity".
Unfortunately politicians tend to hold on to power beyond their ability to wield it, and they go out looking like doddering fools. Grassley's limitations were plainly evident during the Kavanaugh confirmation, and that disaster basically forced him to give up the Chair. He should have resigned his Senate seat at that point. I do wish him a quick and full recovery, followed by a long retirement.
Praying the Senator gets the really good therapeutics and beats this crap.
Okay! I stand by my thought though....Ha!!
That was then this is now.
I've known some 90 yr. old people that are sharp as a twenty yr. old.
But that is rare...
Trump is a rare man....I trust him..
Do I think Pelosi is competent? Not at all..and I think age is part of her problem..
I'm just thinking back...Strom Thurmond..was a joke for his last 10 years.
I'm a strong believer in TERM LIMITS.
“Didn’t stop you from getting it apparently. “
So he should not have taken any precautions?
Haha! That’s just what I was thinking.
I’ll add mine ...
I’m 44, she is 40.
The test results confused my doctor. She was sure I was positive, but suspected the viral load was low enough to not detect
if he has no comorbidities (other than age), he’ll be fine. follow dr’s orders and get the treatment(s) available.
I have never understood why anyone would want that job or a lot of others for that matter when you are at the age of nearly being in the grave to begin with.
Seiously, aren’t there more enjoyable things to do? Fishing, walk around the park, piddle on your ranch, plink tin cans on the back 40 with a 10/22? /smh.
87? This guy should have retired 12 years ago
Anyways, I wish him and his family the best
This is no picnic for people of his age.
