The Georgia legislature needs to be called back and change the law.

Failing that, Republicans need to start moving there too.

Will they all need to pay GA state taxes? GA could get a windfall this year!

Huh. And Andrew Yang was supposed to be a GOOD Democrat. I remember being told that on this message board.

That begs the question: are there ANY ‘good’ Democrats? Democrats with a CONSCIENCE?

Trump should announce plans to reopen many mothballed prisons in the fraud states (like the max facility in Standish, MI) for the expected vote fraud convictions.

Then, announce leniency (or maybe even amnesty with big fish) for early whistleblowers.

"WTH isn’t he being ARRESTED???"

Why would he be arrested? What he advocates appears to be perfectly legal in Georgia. The better question is where is the clarion call to action from the Republicans? ~~~ crickets ~~~

Ann Archy :" WTH isn’t he being ARRESTED??? "

Criminal Facilitation; Accessory before the Fact; Election Fraud
All of which are Federal crimes
Congresscritters are indemnified from criminal prosecution until they leave office.

It could become a traveling circus.

A group of say, 300,000 people who just travel around the country renting an apartment the month before an election to be tiebreakers.

Little more expensive then ballot stuffing, but almost legal!

Yang has hit on the answer: a dedicated cadre of fraudsters, throwing elections wherever needed!

Maybe they could make a super hero movie out of that.

I am still waiting for the Durham report !
Soon to be deposited in the circular file of oblivion !
along with any influence inquiry into Hunter !
THe only thing we have to show for the last four years
at a cost of $40 million dollars
is the Mueller Report that says nothing found.
Now tell me about fools, and people who do the same thing, time after time,
and expect anything different.

Republicans from Trump on down need to be making an issue of these sham residences. Sham residences for voting are no more legal than sham residences to get your kid into another school in another school district.

This assumes that there will be a runoff.
If however in the recount the R’s get the magic 51%, there very likely will not have to have it.

As a former resident of Georgia, I should be able to easily “relocate” virtually and be able to request a runoff ballot via mail. Or I may just take time off and drive down.

Why not? It’s not like anyone is going to be held accountable. There are no consequences to breaking the law; so there is no law.

This election is like a bad movie. Who would believe such a plot is realistic? Yet we are living it.

My understanding is this is legal due to lax residency laws in GA.
