I do worry, like so many things in the past few years in the news, are designed to get us amped up, but then nothing happens.
Nobody went to prison, let alone indicted for the Clinton and Russia scandals. Is this another tease, that Trump has a chance?
God, I surely hope he didn’t say that. I’ve shut down Fox since the election. I was hoping that Laura and Tucker were going to hang in there for us.
We’re talking only a few thousand vote difference in several states. All Trump needs to do is turn a couple of them.

Unfortunately, the USSC could ignore the constitution and decide not to even get involved using illegitimate non-legal reasoning - i.e. the covid crisis, threats of violence by Biden backers and never trumpers, etc.. They have not accepted the Writ of Certiorari yet and there is no guarantee that they will. We know at least 3 would vote yes, but the other 6 are anyone’s guess. If the USSC does not grant cert it will be over, and state certifications of results (including perjured ones) will start to happen.
Disregarding the constitution is never acceptable for the sake of expediency. If it happens, the US is on the way out.
They will continue to chip away at it for at least 4 more years using the same veiled extortionate tactics

I’ve been saying this very thing. The chances the fraud are big enough to flip the election are certainly there, but may be small. I want the fraud rooted out and exposed, regardless of the outcome.

It doesn't have to be 10K vote fraud..... all they have to do is show that 10K instances of voter fraud were possible........
The difference in the vote count is not the benchmark.
The point needs to be made that fraud could have changed the election.......and finding ANY evidence confirms Biden was elected fraudulently.
Tucker is a sellout. He is using the standard MSM talking point that there was no “widespread FRAUD.” As such, just move along.
At this point, nobody knows the extent of the fraud. It’s too early. More importantly, the results could change not only by fraud, but by illegal acts (preventing republicans from observing counts and counting illegal votes), and errors (machine counts).
The “there is no widespread fraud” talking point is pure misinformation and Tucker is a champion.
How would Tucker know? He’s not on the legal team and his knowledge goes only as far as what is being shared with him.
