Interestingly enough, the NBC requirement applies to both VICE President and POTUS. Senators and below need to only be ‘citizens’ of The US.

The members of the House from each state caucuses separately. So, for example, Ohio has a majority of Republican representatives, and will vote for President Trump if a House vote happens. Similarly, California would vote for Joe Biden. The 2020 election gave a majority in the House to the Republicans in at least 26 states.
