I was an election judge in a large precinct in Westmoreland County where we conduct elections honestly. I had a lady bring in TWO mail-in ballots both in her name for me to void and allow her to vote in person.

When standing in line at the courthouse to turn in our results that evening, I talked to another judge who had a similar case with FOUR.

These were honest people who turned them in. I wonder how common this was and how many dishonest people there were.

How easy (or hard) is it to tell if people voted multiple times?

It would depend on the competence and/or honesty of the people who work on the election board in your county . . . and the people they hire to help with the count.

As judge, I welcome certified poll watchers to make sure we run things right. I believe our county board does as well.

Philadelphia? Not so much. If they allow watchers at all, it is from a distance where they can observe next to nothing.

I was wondering if there was a database that could be audited after the election to make such a determination.
