Wow - so you’re predicting that in Philadelphia the Democrats will be down 11% compared to 2012 and 2016?
I thought that was a national GOP strategy.
While the GOP spends its time whining, the Democrats are busy harvesting ballots and getting judicial orders allowing them to count votes until January.

LOL. I remember in 2012 I think that a statistician was explaining how a 100% vote turnout with 100% of the vote for Obama with around 1200 votes cast in one Philly precinct was almost a statistical impossibility. At least one person would have made a mistake or not voted.
IF there is enough chicanery in Pennsylvania, can their EV votes be denied???
Appoint Deputy Federal Marshalls as poll watchers. Assign them in armed pairs. Add a temporary federal judge. Rules of engagement could include open season on violators of voters rights.
