Remember, the Commie Bernie Sanders put on a yarmulke and pretended he was really a practicing Jew (he never was) and lit a menorah for Passover last year tso grab Jewish votes. Then forgot all about it and he plans to sell out Israel.
Now somebody told him the voters who value American traditional values and God in their lives above socialist dogma are turning against him. So his handlers said “Make a play for the rubes and play up the God thing.”
He has to play the role of good old Joe the lunch bucket working man’s buddy who reads his Bible and won’t sell us out to Communist China unless he gets enough money.
