He is a very “sick” man.
Like McCain, (The Swimmer)Kennedy, Lewis, Cummings, RBG, and many others, he is afflicted with the belief it is virtuous to DIE in Washington DC as part of the Government.
HE LOVES the attention. He loves thinking he is relevant.
