I’ve actually wondered this myself. Is this a giant passive-aggressive F-U to Joe from Hunter? Probably not because he puts himself in jeopardy. On the other hand, people on drugs can do some crazy things (like the proverbial “suicide by cop”).
I thought that was an interesting theory Rush posited today. I had assumed Hunter was so stoned he didn’t know what happened to his laptop.
If Hunter did it on purpose, why did his lawyer call the shop asking for the laptop?
What if he hates his father?
Daddy found out about it. What if Hunter hates what he’s become including his father.
Including the sex and drugs photos and videos?
Consider this: How many times has Trump asked “Where IS Hunter?”. Conventional wisdom is that he’s hunkered down in the basement bunker, working with the family to get out of this mess.
But wouldn’t a normal person at least put out a statement of denial, or have a lawyer do so? There’s been nothing since Oct. 13 when a lawywer put out a generic description of Hunters business activities without any reference to the current laptop situation. He is radio silent. Maybe he’s “hiden” too? Or maybe there is more to Trump’s question than first appears.
Hunter may realize that he is screwed but isn’t going down alone. He realizes the game is over, he’ll be scrutinized and part of the Oct. 13 statement was basically that while he’s done nothing wrong in the past he sure won’t be doing anything nefarious in Daddy’s Administration. The Biden Crime Family Gravy Train has derailed and why should Hunter take the heat alone when he was set up by Pop?
Is Hunter, the drug addicted perv now the loyal son? Or is he listening carefully for the sound of the bus approaching?
He resents his dad. There is a chance he was abused by the man who is known for his violent temper.
Seems like the most plausible scenario. It’s amazing that he ever let it out of his sight, let alone left it with a computer repairman.
I love Rush, but this is crazy talk.
It may have been Hunters ex wife. Wasn’t there a recent court case where Hunter denied paternity, lost, was oedered to pay child support?
That always frosts ex wives, plus Im quite sure the ex wife has seen a belly full of Hunters stupidity, incest, corruption. And a revelation of mounds of cash Hunter got that she’s not getting a cut of, the decree ink is dry.

Either way, a hateful son, a vengeful ex wife, what ever could go wrong?
When was Hunter hiding from discovery by Lunden Roberts? He may have dropped the computers off for repair to get them away from any court orders to turn over any computers he had. He could honestly say he didn’t know where they were and that he had no hand in destroying them. Too bad for him that the store owner didn’t just strip them out for parts.

The text transcripts from his phone did not automatically store on his hard drive. Whatever is there was copied by Hunter. Why would he download such incriminating evidence?
My biggest problem is that Joe Biden, after losing his wife and daughter in a car accident, and almost losing his two sons as well in that same accident, continued his political career unabated, continued his plagiarism unabated, stole another man’s wife, and lost his son Beau to cancer in 2015, never blinked an eye, set up his brother and drug-addled son as bagmen to collect his share of cash from “pay to play” schemes for years. What kind of a man does that? One without a soul or conscience. Certainly not one who is touted by the media as a “devout Catholic.” Joe Biden is the scum of the earth.
