The ONLY way this gets overturned is if a similar challenge from another state comes up after ACB is seated. If it is a third circuit case (where PA is situated) the SC can apply the holding to the entirety of the SC, or to the entirety of the nation.
But the PA SC case is now settled. They get three days post-election and do not haver to prove the post mark before election day.
This has been done in SC a few weeks ago.
What I do not understand is this: Ballots have prepaid postage. Prepaid envelopes are not post marked at all, so we should be able to throw away all ballots that come in after the election that do not have a postmark, right? What am I missing here?

It is easy to back date a postmark, but there shouldn’t be any postmarks on pre-paid ballots, so that alone is reason to throw them out.
You are correct. I dug a bit deeper. It was a stay ruling. The PA GOP can bring it back up if ACB gets seated.
