Yes, saw that one last night. The sequence on Clown World News is good. Cops and/or DA should be getting the missing pics from the photog if they do their job. Looks like enough to convict right there though.

This is not how he expected his day to end.....nor the life he knew.

They may have to legally obtain the photographers card as she's eliminated two of the most vital frames of when the shooter actually drew his gun. ...and she framed her account to make the ‘Patriot” look like the bad guy. I understand the photographer was involved with the protest as well so her testimony of what happened will be to cover for the guard. But I do have to say there's one frame that looks like the guard is protecting the producer (hired to do) from the Patriot.....again a lot of the exchanges we have no audio of to know what was being said.

Kyle Clark, the star 9NEWS tv reporter amended the original 9NEWS web page post which stated 9NEWS had used security when covering previous "protests". Kyle added the specific reference to using the Pinkerton agency for security.

If in fact there was or still is a contract with Pinkerton then there would have very specific details as to type of security required, with armed security requiring weapons permit numbers, bond, etc....all of which in any corporation would go through their legal department to review scope of services, extent of liability, etc....HR has nothing to do here.

Given the open public endorsement of antifa by Kyle Clark, with tacit approval by management, Kyle may have arranged to provide cover for Dolloff, maybe even paying him out of expense allowance instead of going through accounting.

So there has to be a paper trail; contract, billing, time sheets, checks, etc, all tying Pinkerton to 9NEWS as well as Dolloff to 9NEWS via Pinkerton...CYA time for all parties involved, and both have their asses in the breeze right now.

If he was concealed carrying, what county was it issued?
If he has a criminal record, how’d he get the gun?

Birh Pinkerton and the news station want desperately to show self defense on the shooters part. While it won’t relieve them of all liability, it will shift some of the blame to the victim.
