I caught a bit of Pelosi this morning saying that the bill would create a 'Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office' that would “enable Congress to help ensure effective and uninterrupted leadership in the highest office in the Executive Branch of government."

Then sanctimoniously saying that this was to enable congress to deal with a future president in an expeditious manner.
