I remember that and it was bizarre. Nothing like that anywhere else in the world happened. Either some ChiCom forced crisis acting or they were being gassed or otherwise poisoned by their government.
And our media ate it up and regurgitated it like it was gospel.
I’m sure it was designed to have a more powerful impact than just some news reporter intoning that, “A new illness is sweeping across China.”
A big part of any propaganda plan. Get people’s attention.
No doubt.
Do not allow any flights from China into this country.
Shove your snowflake up your as-. You ever been in combat?
You even serve in the military? When, what unit, where?
You and your Chi Com trolls? You might want to change your user name?
Tigers Eye is a military surplus Store in Kowloon, Hong
Kong/China now. I took my first wife there. I bought a lot of luxury items at China Fleet in late 73. I was in Korea then after Vietnam (5 years earlier).
Good for you. Thanks for your service.
FWIW I chose the handle TigersEye as an allusion to the danger of China. Not that a dickhead like you would care.
Let us agree to disagree respectfully. The word snowflake is usually associated with millenials. I am 73. You now use dickhead. I would never use either word. How hard is it to say -I disagree? Think before you trash others.
I apologize for the nastiness of my responses.
20 years ago, when I joined FR, I considered China to be the biggest threat to the U.S. and had thought so for a long time before that. I still think China is a deadly serious threat to us but I can no longer decide whether they are a worse threat than our own domestic commies.
Think before you trash others.
That sounds like good advice for everyone.
Apology accepted. It takes a big man to admit he was wrong. You take care.
Much appreciated. I overreacted terribly.
