Quite possibly. But I do know a few people who’ve had bad reactions, none of whom are (in my estimation) particularly susceptible to that type of reaction.

Suck it up, volunteers. You are inducing a battle within the body between engineered&unnatural agents. What would you expect?

China and the WHO aren’t into doing favors to or for anyone.

No.

Also, this year’s flu vaccine is causing some major side effects, people feeling very ill after taking it. This could be the dumbest year to get a flu vaccine: none of us have ever lived in a shut down, masked world before, no holiday gatherings, etc. How could it possibly be a “bad season?”

I work in a Hosp.

I read the local counties numbers of COVID positive.

It isn't that deadly.

And the number of false positives and negatives are misleading...

We know for a FACT...DIM politician's have exploited this....whole thing. Saying they died of the COVID...when they already were dying....

It's very sad...what has happened to this country.

That’s why double-blind studies exist. The power of the mind is strong. The point is the vaccine doesn’t do that. It’s a dead virus. Granted, it doesn’t always work but it does help.

IF the disease is sufficiently deadly.

You know, the worst year in the USA for polio saw 58,000 infections and 3,000 fatalities, equivalent to about 6,000/year today. We now know that most polio infections are actually very mild or asymptomatic, so the infection rates were probably much higher. Polio only became serious when it became paralytic, much like COVID mostly becomes serious when it damages the lungs. I don't hear many people calling the polio vaccine a bad choice.

I don't fear COVID and I'm sure as hell not afraid of the vaccines. If I need the vaccine to live my life as normal then I will get it. Little things like visiting friends who are immune compromised, visiting an eldercare facility, weddings and funerals where there are very old and susceptible people, employment, international travel, etc are all parts of normal life.

People who say they won't get the vaccine even if means they can't travel to countries they want to visit, work for a particular employer, or participate in other activities, crack me up. To paraphrase President Trump, "Don't be afraid of the vaccine. Don't let it dominate your life".

Yep - we’ve been taking a little extra D and I get enough sun to be sure my levels are up. Also take a C most days, zinc twice a week, B-complex once or twice a week and we were taking NAC because some “Covid” nurses (not many around these days in MS) suggested it. Most days I’ll do 6-8 oz of tonic for quinine but won’t keep it up for much longer.

There is a gal at work that passes out from any injection and I see this reported in these studies I think of her.

LOL, give it to me ... if this is the only issue I am good with it

One study is 25M, and the other is supposed to be 30M. But it’s not just five people - they’re just the ones that talked to the reporter. More patients have symptoms and some serious ones, but no idea how many total. One of the other companies, JnJ I think, actually halted their trials due to serious adverse reactions. Continued most of ‘em a few days later, but US ones were on hold for longer.

Not even close. Dallas County is a 'hotspot' for infection. If we assume all of the official numbers are accurate, ignore false/fake tests, etc, then crunching the numbers (from one of my posts a few days ago if you want details) gives you a one-in-60M chance of even encountering someone with a positive test less than two weeks old. Running into 50 people a day, it'll take you 1200 days to statistically meet one person who's sick.

Considering most people with a positive test are staying home, your chances of encountering one of them is even lower.

And, considering Dallas County is a hotspot for these numbers, your county will have an even lower chance of finding someone!

To my knowledge we have had very few people..that we thought maybe they had COVID actually have it...

I do have some friends that have tested P....but they seem to be well and good.

I am still well and good also.

Well glad you’re doing well, that’s always good.

I personally know maybe 2-3 people who claim they’ve had it, and only one said he was laid out for a week-ish. Dunno if he actually got a positive test or not though. None of my relatives or close friends have gotten a positive test yet. I’ve taken four tests (two nasal, two blood) from the Army forcing us to, and all of those came back negative. When we were called up to prep for riot duty, there were several thousand people who went through the staging base I did, and we were tested before heading home - only four or five people were positive. And while training up, we were definitely not wearing masks or “practicing social distancing”.
