That "alleged perpetrator" was arrested in Harlem. George Soros is likely enjoying watching the many security camera videos of Brimmage's 103 "alleged incidents" for which he's been arrested. After all, who is funding all the anti-police, pro-criminal DAs throughout the U.S.?
