Only a few men can become a Navy Seal. There is some overlap in the Bell Curve of men and women. But not at the extreme ends.
How about a 15 mile forced march through ankle deep sand in 100 degree heat with 70 lbs of gear? Show me Wonder Woman from the woke movies.

There are plenty of full colonels and captains (navy) with combat experience that can more than adequately fill general and admiral positions. Keep around and promote the deserving generals and admirals - weed out the commie leadership. The Pentagon Swamp needs to be drained, metaphorically speaking - the swamp exists all over the place.
