California: The Golden State in Utter Decay; She's decaying before our eyes, and it is not going to get better.

RE: I have Hispanic friends that are conservative as all get out. They still vote Democrat.

Makes no sense. Why do you call them conservatives if they vote Democrat?

"Yet state and local governments not only insist on moving forward with leftist policies, but continually double down by moving even farther left, and the state's voters return them to office"

With 1.5 million more registered voters, than number of people who actually live in California, not so sure voters did "return them to office" (and I think that 1.5 million figure was just for Los Angeles county- so could be an even bigger number state-wide?). Looks like the criminal enterprise known as Democrat Party has been engaging in massive vote fraud?

But, if this is so, what, if anything, can be done about it?

Also, why would anyone return these lunatics to office?

It's hard to believe Californians, who have some of the highest priced properties in the country, endorse the politicians wrecking the place. Do they really want to end up having to sell their investments at the 99 cent store?

(Or, is there something even more sinister going on -like TPTB deliberately driving values down through criminality)?

Put nothing past the Corruptocrat party.

But again, what can be done?

🤔

Note that there are no fires in Baja California, nor in British Columbia, as far as I know. The Mexican government is not foolish enough to prohibit controlled burns. The Canadians are, like the West Coast states, foolish. Nonetheless, British Columbia is not targeted by Antifa terrorists. The target is the USA.

I lived in Mexico City for two years some time ago and the government has the standard third world corruption. And don't tell me that Mexico has changed. I still have family down there and they TELL me of the corruption.
So Mexico has controlled burns. I'd like to see that mess. The country is ruled by a relatively few wealthy families who control the bank$, police, politics and land.

They depend on the government from Gringolandia to keep their country afloat. But Mexico IS wealthier than its neighbors in the south. THEY call Mexico the "Giant of the north." Now THAT is poverty and corruption.
There are no fires there because they haven't the wealth of FORESTS that we have. The northern area by Baja is VERY dry. They USED to have a decent fishing industry but who knows now?

Their values. They go to church. Family is all important. The ones I know are middle class and hate the crime, etc. A few even hate that we have so many illegals here because their families did it the right way....or are actually from the early U.S. Hispanics. But yeah, they’re Democrats. I can’t explain it but it is what it is.
