Wasn't it an MI woman, for approaching Christmas, had a "dummy" hanging upside-down, one foot apparently caught in a hanging strand of partially put-up Christmas lights?
She removed it because of all the calls the local cops were getting about a "person-in-distress".
Must have been on a busy street.
