I’m pretty sure that here in California they take weeks after the election to count absentee ballots. Sometimes they just give up if the race has been decided and the ballots won’t make a difference.

Pennington county published their total and Shannon county had the amount of votes they needed to manufacture
Geoffrey Holder (terrible as AG but not bad in the Bond movie Live and Let Die) orchestrated this in the federal district court because he knew if you bring it in Wisconsin courts the state’s Supreme Court is 4-3 Republican. I agree, I would be amazed if the 7th Circuit which is overwhelmingly Republican (four Trump appointees, including Amy Barrett, out of 11 active judges; another three from our President Reagan; 2 from the Bush family appointees). I suspect the 7th Circuit will stick this case where it belongs, in the garbage can.
Now, a number of states are extending those deadlines, so ballots only need to be postmarked by Election Day, instead of received by Election Day, which is currently the law in most places.
But the changes have given rise to a new problem. Thousands of mail-in ballots routinely arrive without a postmark or one that isn't legible, and election officials have to decide whether to count those ballots and under what circumstances.

Democrats have refused to concede on election night in 3 of the last 3 Republican presidential victories.
They are going for number 4, no doubt.
And they seek to manufacture enough ballots to win an alleged Al Franken “victory”. They’ve been practicing their legal arguments for years now.
In Pennsylvania they don’t even need a postmark.
We could try to come up to the high level of the Arab Spring voter verification----a finger painted to show one time vote only. But how about noncitizens?
And now all the mail-in votes which a Dem judge will someday rule are ok to wait to count on Christmas Eve along with kids watching for Santa bulletins. Santa and Joe Biden's miraculous victory over Trump will happen on the same night. Biden's "helpers" will finish writing the phony mail-in ballots and get writer's cramp but get to the finish line just as Soros paid them to do. And he left cookies and milk for them. Biden wins.
This is insanity. Judges changing election laws.
At least, unlike PA, they require the postmark.
Can post marks be counterfeit?
Pres. Trump needs to put election monitors in post offices to deter fraud by members of the union that backs SloJoe. It can’t be that hard to keep an old post mark stamp hidden.
