Did you mean to say Roger Stone, or was this done to both of them?
I think Mueller and the FBI conducted “no knocks” on both Stone and Manafort.
No, the no knock warrant is at the heart of it. Even if they shouted "Police" right before they broke the door down, many people would reasonably presume that was a ruse and that it was a home invasion. I have had people shout outside my door and I can't tell what they are saying.
Any plumber's apprentice, or even a decent handyman, could block the drain to prevent the loss of evidence and uniformed officers could/should knock on the door during normal hours. Or, just wait until the place is empty and have a locksmith let the cops in. No shooting, no drama and evidence is preserved.
When the balloon goes up, make sure the cops are somewhere else. Work in pairs. Stay low and stealthy. We don’t want to recognize on a security cam.
No bag limit. Stay mobile. If you’re surrounded by the mob, you’re done. Take as many as you can with you.
As the President says: “What have you got to lose?”
Absolutely.
You open your door in the middle of the night because some clown is standing outside shouting police open up, you’re asking to be subjected to assault, rape, murder, or maybe all three.
And it’s criminal for a judge and police to expect any normal, law-abiding citizen to do so.
A no-knock warrant should be used only in the most extreme situation, such as national security, or incontrovertible evidence that someone extraordinarily dangerous is holed up there. And half-ass evidence that there are drugs and money there ain’t it.
True.
Read tatumreport.com, 35 pages of the case, recorded phone calls, video surveillance. Breonna was the bag lady for drug dealer Jamarcus Glover. How do they hide all this evidence resulting in riots?
New police reform on no knock, A friendly phone call is now added to a friendly knock on the door before a raid. Good morning police here to arrest you
Just like David Koresch, the authorities could have nabbed him on one of his many visits in to Waco. Instead the feds burned to death the whole compound killing dozens.
Here a few cops could have waited til they cameout to go to Wal-mart.
12 million$ settlement isnt good enough?
He had another video about it yesterday.
They must elect sjws to the city council and they don'y want to give up the victimhood card.
Well, since our side never riots, I’m going to go out on a limb here and say the cops will not be arrested...
Notice how you never hear anything about Lexington? Republican mayor.
My office is in downtown Louisville, across from the Yum center. We’re getting all sorts of notices for the last couple of months about it being dangerous, but NOTHING like this week. If the mayor does not preemptively call in the national guard with live rounds in their firearms, he’s making a grave error.
But then, he’s a democrat, as is the governor.
It seems that the democrats have been using Section 8 to strategically move “their” voters to formerly peaceful communities. We will have to live in teepees like the Indians so we can pick up and leave at a moments notice.
President Trump has to revamp Section 8 after the election.
And they are both oxygen wasters.....at best.
My feelings for Andy (king) Beshear are not publishable in this forum.
