You know what the real problem is?
How many of the people and institutions we thought we could trust, both governmental and private sector have proven otherwise. Case in point: the CDC.
So I’m gonna wait on getting a WuFlu vaccination. I’m also seriously considering holding off on getting my annual flu shot for the first time in decades.

I’m not afraid of the vaccine.
But I’m not stupid either.

Given my lack of trust, I am far more afraid of the WuFlu vaccine than I am the WuFlu.

Maybe they ought to review what the swine flu vaccine did.

I wasn't stoking fear, and had the opposite intention. It's rare, but Guillain-Barre and transverse myelitis have both been associated with vaccination - including flu shots. It's a fluke when it happens, and the vast, vast majority of people who are vaccinated have no serious reactions at all.
That said, it would not be uncommon for a very small number of people to have reactions to a Covid-19 vaccine - but the risk-benefit ratio would be expected to hugely favor benefit. With regards the MS patient, that's a horrible diagnosis, and it is highly unlikely to have anything to do with the vaccine. However, there is speculation that a general immune response can trigger an MS flair, so it's not entirely out of the question for the vaccine to have been a contributing factor.
I am happy AZ is being careful. They are being responsible, as they should be (unlike Putin injecting people with adenovirus vectors).

Worst MS attack I ever had was from a vaccine (Varicella). Could not walk for a month, went totally blind in the right eye and partially in the left. I will NOT be taking anyone's corona vaccine.

I visited her in the hospital. All she could move was one toe. The doctors put her on a ventilator and within two weeks she was gone.
She was hiking in rugged terrain the week before she had the flu shot.

The worst side effect of the 1976 Swine Flu shot was a number of people contracting a side effect of Guillain-Barré syndrome, some cases severe some not. The problem is that all side effects may not be noted until vaccine program has be in effect for months.

Gosh, I hope he’s OK. Did you get back to the doctor to tell him that? He OUGHT to know.
To: SeekAndFind
