Good.
The Court is now, technically, 5-3 heading into a possible Presidential Election court case. But CJ Roberts cannot determine the majority now.
I would love to see a conservative replacement before January. But I don't want the politics of that process to impair the reelection of President Trump. If the Democrats get control they will just pack the Court using this issue as the fairness vector.
That being said.... the Kavanaugh hearings were Democrat killers and this replacement process might be similar. But the proximity of the election would probably give the Rats too much cover. But if Trump wins, and we lose the Senate, all bets are off and it should be full steam ahead.
Understatement
SOLID WIN!! The confirmation hearing will be a huge boost for the election of President Trump If they wait till after the election It will be a huge boost for President Trump.
Either way, it’s a huge win
A few days before her death, she dictated a statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera, “My most fervent wish is that i I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.” Sorry, Ms Ginsburg; we are not waiting five years to get another justice.
Aw, so sad. Hey, whats for supper?!
Murkowski announced she won’t to confirm new SC nominee until after innauguration. Expect Romney and other Rino’s to follow suit.
This will fire up both bases
Murkowski hates Trump. Not surprising. Alaska really needs to do better.
yep
I'll take that bet.

Joe hasn’t been told who he would nominate just yet
Amen.
Lord, please bring some peace and comfort to her family and friends.
And to the nation.
The nominee should be William Pryor.
That is what we think. The liberals think Biden is looking strong and coasting to a comfortable victory.
...At this point, I would have settled for Richard Pryor.
“Here we go.”
Ding Dong....
A nasty confirmation hearing will help Trump. Also it will remind people of the nasty Kamala behavior towards Kavanaugh
