From the videos I saw, nobody at the diplomatic level - not even the President, Prime Minister and Foreign Ministers - shook anybody’s hand and they maintained distance.

More importantly they wore a mask, nobody can get the virus if they wear a mask, the mask is the cure, just wear the damn mask.

I was out grocery shopping monday.....tues. night I sneezed and got a stuffy nose did that mean I had it? Of course not.. So too these tests. They immediately test people when they gather hoping they can find people with it and close things down again.

I read that any amplification over 35 means statistically disease free. Many testing sites are using 37 and even 40 times amplified and picking up dead traces of virus and classifying as positive.

Typically takes around 3 days after infection for sufficient amounts of viral material to be reliably detectable. On day 1, the current “gold standard” PCR test is ~90% false negative on day 1.

It doesn’t say that. If they were infected before the signing (days, a week) it would show up later, e.g. sometime after the signing.
