CLACKAMAS COUNTY, ORHeard over the Police Scanner: Suspicious Vehicle (Subaru) With Texas Plates Throwing Molotov Cocktails.
That would be a resident of Austin I would be willing to bet.
Took me a minute to realize what you were referring to.
Another FReeper introduced me to that a few months ago. I went through the same progression you did.
First, wth is this? Then, hmm, not too bad. And finally, hey, I’ve just spent an hour and a half listening to Mongolian rock and roll and it’s really got some chops. Wut?
lol
I don’t know but I wouldn’t doubt it. Not at all.
There are some really sick people out there.
The MSM is not going to be able to ignore or bury this successfully IMO.

Reports that extremists are setting wildfires in Oregon are untrue. Help us stop the spread of misinformation by only sharing information from trusted, official sources.
Sources bolded ...The Lane County Sheriffs Office (LCSO) in Oregon announced in a Facebook post on Sept. 1 that it had arrested 44-year-old Elias Newton Pendergrass on a first-degree arson charge in connection with the Sweet Creek Fires.
On Tuesday, a suspect ignited two brush fires in Oregons Dexter State Recreation Area, KMTR reported.
Police in Spokane, Washington, arrested 36-year-old Christine Comello for allegedly starting at least two fires in the area, KHQ reported.
Comello also had an active warrant for reckless burning and burglary, which was tied to a prior incident involving her allegedly setting fires at a Spokane Valley business several weeks earlier, according to YakTriNews.
Washington State Patrol (WSP) District 1 Public Information Officer Trooper Ryan Burke announced in a tweet on Wednesday that officers from multiple jurisdictions apprehended a 36-year-old man for setting a fire in the median of SR-167 in Puyallup. The Gateway Pundit identified the suspect as Jeffrey Accord, a local Black Lives Matter activist.
In California, highway patrol troopers arrested 37-year-old Anita Esquivel for allegedly starting an unspecified number of fires in the area of Highway 101 near Boronda Road at about 9 a.m. on Monday, KION reported.
I guess we shouldn't trust any of those sources.
Lol
Granted, a few fires may have been set deliberately or through total airheaded carelessness. However, the three going on around San Francisco started during the lightning storms we had back about 4 weeks ago.
Maybe God was being the arsonist to get back at Pelosi and her Leftist cabal around here. Maybe not. All I know is that we haven’t seen a clear sun, moon, or stars around here in at least 10 days, maybe more. And it looks like it will be another few days before this all clears.
Forget the Wagner. From now on I want Wolf Totem cranked up to 11 when we go on. :)

FBI Portland Statement on Portland Violence
The FBIs role is to investigate violent crime and hold those accountable who are engaging in violent acts or significant destruction of property. Our investigations involve specific violations of federal law, including arson, the use of improvised explosive devices, and interstate transportation of stolen goods. The Portland FBI seeks to work closely with our local law enforcement partners to ensure the community is safe and people are free to exercise their First Amendment rights in a peaceful manner.
“The FBI can never initiate an investigation based solely on an individuals race, ethnicity, national origin, or religion. Our focus is not on membership in particular groups but on individuals who commit violence and criminal activity that constitutes a federal crime or poses a threat to national security. The FBI does not and will not police ideology.”

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) The FBI chief in Portland, Oregon, said Wednesday he is shifting the agency’s resources to focus more heavily on crimes committed during nightly racial injustice protests in the city that often end in vandalism, clashes with police and dozens of arrests.
Special Agent in Charge Renn Cannon said he is pulling agents from fraud and organized crime teams to focus on acts of violence and federal crimes committed during nearly three months of unrest.
The FBI respects the rights of peaceful protesters to assemble and demonstrate, but problems associated with the protests have created a dangerous and volatile situation, he said.
We do investigate major threats of violence and federal crimes. And sometimes a major threat of violence is a cumulative threat that happens over a period of time. It starts to have a really negative impact on the community, Cannon said in an interview with The Associated Press.
Here in Portland, were ... making the assessment that we should be trying to do a little more than we have, because the cumulative effects and the nature of the problem indicate that the community needs help, Cannon said.
Wow! Renn really thinks on his feet doesn’t he? lol
A few hundred more days of this “peaceful protesting” might do some kind of damage to the community!
Perfect.
