Already retired.
And not a day too soon.
What I meant was that almost everyone on both sides praised Truman because its important to have civilian control of the military. But not when its Trump. Then the military is courageous to speak out and defy the commander in chief.
A "loyal American" who just happened to be a Ukrainian with strong views about what OUR country could do for HIS country.
How many dual citizens infest our government?
Im sorry, I should have made my post clearer. It wasnt exactly directed at you. I shouldve directed it to Byron York who actually wrote the part about Republicans that you quoted. It seemed odd to me that he figured this was all Republicans.
I do agree with your assertion.
You still believe there is a difference?
Thanks.
To a degree, yes, but not in the establishment of either party. They are one and the same. Im referring to the average American citizen who might be a Republican. I dont think all Republicans viewed Vindman as a loyal American who had strong and inflexible views on what U.S. policy toward Ukraine should be and who was offended, and spurred to action, when the President of the United States appeared to change them. as York had written. There are many who think he may be loyal to Russia and/or Ukraine.
better arrest both of them to be sure that we got the right one...
let God sort them out.
Every time I see that picture of The Lieutenant Colonel, I think of Flounder from Animal House, except Flounder was better looking.
He retired to pursue his political aspirations.
It’s always amusing to me how these careerist Democrats use whatever they can to climb the ladder. Obama was a disaster for Ukraine. Abandoned them to Putin’s tanks. Yet there supposed Ukrainian-American super patriot Vindman was carrying impeachment water for Team Democrat and no doubt to the benefit of Putinist Russia. None of it makes any sense unless it was simply a mediocre officer using domestic politics to advance himself.
Nail, meet Mister Hammer Head. Well said.
Conservatives are not ready for that. In fact, I doubt they'll ever be ready for that.
Sadly, that is kinda the key.
