They reported widely that one of Putin’s daughters has already taken it.
Apparently, it is a straight forward traditional approach to a vaccine (not high risk), and it has already been shown to be effective (produces antibodies).
This may be the first approved, but loads more will be close on its heels. The US Government has told the States to prepare to start distributing US vaccines in November.
