No judge can claim after all these years that the SAT/ACT cannot be used. Tell the judge to go pound sand.

I guess we’ve got about 15 years or so until those new engineers get into positions where the buildings and bridges they build begin crashing down around us...

Hopefully I’ll be dead by then...

We have to get to where we (1) KILL the notion that judges make public policy, and (2) resolve that nearly every policy advantages someone and disadvantages someone else, and therefor the idea that those who are disadvantaged by a policy can get a different policy dictated by judges must be discarded. They have the same rights as everyone else - protest to the policy makers and when that does not work organize voters against the policy makers. They don’t get to turn jurists into legislators.

In California they do not use test results anyhow, just race based admissions even though that is against the law.
