In my avocation and my outside activities, I have opportune to train and work with many 17 and younger patriots and students. A fairly large percentage of them are very mature in a battlefield environment. Yes they are kids when not on duty but most are steadfast and reliable when it is time to be so. I understand that Kyle was with several Wisconsin militia members. He may in fact have trained with them. These members would take him under their wing as we would with new members of our crew. However under fire as Kyle was, it is not that hard to get separated. I defend younger people as I have seen many in action and have been impressed by most. I may react a little more aggressively in their defense than is required as I have seen many underestimated and even abused.
True but outcomes might have been different it had been security footage outside a certain Brentwood home on a night in June 1994. Then again, maybe not. A couple years back, ESPN had a 5 part documentary of the OJ saga from all angles. A black juror directly said letting him off was pay back for Rodney King. The piece was very effective at reliving that climate from that period that felt far removed only a few short years ago. Yet here we are again and it started with Obama saying “the Cambridge Police acted stupidly.” Granted their are some bad apples but people react without the facts.
*there are
Why? On a carry charge he's a minor.
Come now, your prophecy is OK, but so far Kyle is presently and actually innocent. Let's keep it that way.
Although charges have been mischievously lodged against him by the (state?) government, Trump is within his powers to see that the Wisconsin prosecutor, obsequiously knuckling under to the racist BLM/Antifa agitators, be overruled; and that Kyle continue to rightly have defended himself and thus remain innocent, with the charges dismissed (and hopefully whatever local prosecutor or his sponsor being dismissed for incompetence and partiality).
In that case the President will never have to invoke other powers of pardoning, the powers that the Clintons used, as Bill was leaving the office of Chief Executive, to besmirch themselves.
Note that at the immediate moments following the shootings, Kyle was not detained by the police for his defensive deployment of the firearm, and was allowed to carry it away, apparently. Note also that in the view of the Mayor, accusing the policemen of malfeasance in the shooting of Jacob was wrong also. He supports the law officers in this, but I don't know what the overall local political dynamic is.
