POS is an accurate and succinct way to describe Abraham as a Senator.
I live just north of Detroit, and and in early August I had a day trip to the middle of the state (~120 miles one way). I was bored and seeing signs supporting Trump, so I figured I’d do an informal poll of Biden vs. Trump as I drove. Just to be fair, I’d start counting when I saw a Biden sign. I made it all the way to my destination and back without starting to count (but you can bet there were plenty of Trump signs to count).
Tried this again a couple of weeks ago, but started counting right away. Ignored the guy that’s had a 4x8 Trump plywood sign up since 2016. Different route but a lot of highway (and therefore less signs to count), result was 20 places advocating Trump, 1(?) for Biden.
Michigan is probably somewhat like typical “Democrat” states, where the rural areas (except for state capital) are mainly republican, but the inner cities capture enough democrat votes to overwhelm them. But I think when Trump visited the mainly democrat cities here in 2016 it was such an unheard of thing that it made people think maybe this guy is for real (remember his line to the inner cities “Look around. What have you got to lose voting for me after all these decades voting democrat?”).
And don’t get me started on the damn senators we’ve seemed to have all my life here...
This is only the beginning.
The momentum is just starting.
Getting James in there would be fantastic!
I’m not sure where that comment came from. Trump gained ground last week and this week. Was I hacked?
I did not say that, I don’t know where that comment came from. He clearly gained ground both weeks.
