My knowledge of Harrison Ford’s jet ratings is based on two things.
1. The FAA Airman Registry.
2. I have seen him in training for his ratings.
Ed Begley Jr lives in a bigger mansion with a pool.
He sold his smaller yet still big house for $1 million and did a tv/net show where he had others donate everything to him to build the much bigger house. He talks about being an environmentalist but the mansion says different.

He owns or was given a Tesla car. Batteries are ruinous to earth right?

All aluminum framing. What no sustainable wood?
Using heavy machinery to dig the ore out then process the aluminum? Solar panels with all the minerals and processing that it needs. Hmm..
At his website his son says price of solar is 0.65 cents a kw. The price in California in many places is 19.6 cents a KW by regular coal, gas, nuclear and only that high because solar is being subsidized by everyone else plus paying the big pensions for gov’t workers.

Yada Yada Yada - energy efficient and check out costs before you build - no kidding? How many people could possibly afford what he’s talking about - motion sensors that send hot water to the pipes the minute you walk into a room. What if you’re not going into a room for hot water? How many people can afford the solar panels he’s showing and talking about? He’s not living in the real world of course, he’s living in Los Angeles or surrounding area. The people promoting this like AOC and others don’t have a clue as to the costs TO NORMAL PEOPLE.
Of course, a person is going to figure out what he can afford WHEN he builds or buys a house. None of us can look down the road and say, “boy - we’re going to be saving so much money in energy costs so let go for broke now.”
The 3rd link doesn’t come in.
Better question looking at the last link - why on earth would two people even NEED a place as large at that?
They all want the best and explain it away by saying it’s “energy efficient” - pool etc. WHY do they need it?
Good thing he doesn’t live in the south as a good storm would take out his beloved oak tree...what then? Oh! No!
I’m sorry - meant the last link doesn’t come in..
