Florida is not out of the woods yet and I see that as a bell weather for the south east. It is the south east driving numbers up. If Florida can move its 7 day moving average downwards it may indicate that the surge was just a counter trend to the overall declining death trend.
People aren’t going to wait that long to get back to normal.
November 4th to be exact.
