you cannot afford to be complete financially and emotionally. it would mean disinfecting your entire, lets say, apartment. everything. then no one comes in. anything delivered is cleaned outside your apartment and all materials than discard in a hazmat bin.
if you leave, assuming your car has been totally decontaminated, you will be changing gloves and masks after every appointment or stop. and you would have to strip down and shower outside your apartment before entering naked.
it would be MOPP 4 on steroids.
