A few years ago I went to a meeting at the Chinese Consulate in NYC. Weirdest building I’ve EVER been in. It was the middle of summer and there was a Christmas tree in the entry way with fake presents underneath. And that was just the first room I went in. We were told that it was 100% that everything we said and did was being recorded.
