We need to start labeling every picture like that as “kneeling to the massa’”. Which is what these idiots are doing., Don’t they know that standing for the national anthem was to signify the privilege of being a free man, not being forced to kneel in subservience to anyone except God? Way back when, Hill Street Blues had a scene where the “diversity department” or some such came in and told Furillo that he had to follow the ethnicity guidelines to the letter.
Furillo went to the squadroom and said “Okay guys, this book says I have to fire 2 Chinese, 5 Latinos, and 9 Blacks.
The “diversity” clown backtracked HOOOOOOOGELY.
Just like today. There really isn’t anything new under the sun, and while history doesn’t repeat exactly, it certainly rhymes.

Never watched the show. I assume it was leftist.
I don’t watch the cop & detective shows after my beloved DVD sets of Dragnet,Untouchables,Racket Squad, Richard Diamond, Mike Hammer,Adam 12, State Trooper and others. Not later ones with one female,one black,one Latinx, and so on. Too much like my employer.

Does anyone know if a sports bar with 24 TVs goes into the ratings as 24 viewers, or can big brother only see it as one, the sports bar account, having the games on? I’ve been curious about that for years.
They don't. Some rating might use DVR data from the TV companies, but I don't think that's very widespread, maybe only internal for companies to determine ad costs. Nielson is what everyone uses, and those tend to be very inaccurate/undercounting. Not just for regular households watching, but bars/vebues are completely ignored.
