I heard a guy on a you tube video say he was. But I haven’t heard anything Official. Until I heard anything Official, I would not put any money on it. From what I read about this Prosecutor, she does as she pleases. The Law be damned. No one tells her nay.

Not that rare unfortunately. The many bogus cases of domestic violence against men when it was the woman who was the aggressor with her boyfriend are quite frequent actually. Irony that now with this language we have protestors attacking with Democrats and red China the police violently but the police getting accused of causing domestic violence...
In this case, it's more like taking a clean shirt and pouring blood on it in order to obtain a conviction.
