Why not use existing wiretapping laws?
Typical government action? No problem unless it affects me and then I’ll do something. Just like the mayor of Seattle refusing to get rid of Chop until they invaded her space.
There are so many laws you can already use without a stupid specific ‘revenge porn’ law to let bimbos mess with free speech and information that they willingly allowed into the internet and had second thoughts about.
Exactly.Even without a “porn” law I’d be willing to bet that, assuming her account is true,he violated at least one...or possibly more than one...law.And possibly even Federal law.
One way to start asymmetric warfare...WHO participated in the lie?
Tawana Brawley? - white boys
Chrystal Mangum? - Duke Lacrosse team
Michael Brown? - Cops - hands up dont shoot
Jussie Smollet? - Trump supporters
Bubba Wallace? - Nascar - fn rednecks
Barack Obama? - Bitter Clingers
and on, and on, and on...
Amplify the lie.
Such as it is, the press has become the greatest power within the Western World, more powerful than the legislature, the executive and judiciary. One would like to ask; by whom has it been elected and to whom is it responsible?
Violence does not and cannot flourish by itself; it is inevitably intertwined with lying.
Evil people always support each other; that is their chief strength.
You can resolve to live your life with integrity. Let your credo be this: Let the lie come into the world, let it even triumph. But not through me.

I am at least ambivalent about “revenge porn laws.” If you allowed pictures to be put on the internet or sent them to anybody on your phone you have made them public, no matter what protections you have included. Unless you have copyrighted them then they are public domain. Certain off-color things that seem fun now have a habit of coming back to bite you later. Your own bad judgment should maybe not be protected by law.
Everyne is a victim at some point in life and there’s many ways to ‘strip’ an individual. I imagine many divorced men whose wife took everything they had through the divorce courts felt pretty ‘violated’...

Very much doubt the taping was made “secretly”. Women often agree to such videos for a multitude of reasons. Its an interesting legal question. If you allow someone to take your picture, can you prevent that person from “sharing” the views with others?
I felt violated. I felt hurt, anger, Ownby said. Theres no words to describe how I felt at that point.
She violated herself when she chose to have sex out of marriage, the rest is just consequences.
Ladies, take a good look at your phones. I dare you. If you can’t share the content with your grandmother on a Sunday, it’s a good idea to change your habits. If you can’t, embrace the real you!
How about identifying the perpetrator? Why does he retain his anonymity? Gentlemen dont do things like this. Good case for the court of public opinion.
People never change. History never changes. People are sexually driven creatures.

In this case it says the recording was done without her knowledge and consent.
Kinda wish for a “like” button. bu then again I can just say” You’re right”!. if grandma cant see your phone, you’re on the wrong side of decency.. unless its finances..
Didnt know.....lol....yeah right
She certainly does not look guilty.
