He's not her boss and Kemp has no standing to tell local jurisdictions to order localities to be less strict on their guidance in a pandemic. If KLB thinks Atlantans need to be wearing masks, then I support her LOCAL CONTROL.
What ever happened to that conservative principle?

pursuant to the Governor’s executive emergency Order (and the GA Code) Kemp is well within his power. He will eventually win in court(and she knows it)—even if he has to appeal to the GA Supreme Court.
