I agree. I have stated criminal negligence would be a better charge. Murder is going to be an uphill battle.

please note post above- George likely died of excited Delirium, however, if it wasn’t that- then he very likely died of drug overdose coupled with severe heart problems
form ore on what George was under the influence of see my post two above this one- the man was a heart attack waiting to happen- He was also well over the amount for fentanyl known to kill- plus had several other drugs in his system
[[If he said 20 times that he couldnt breath - well, that takes 20 breaths..]]
And if his windpipe was cut off to the point he couldn’t breath from strangulation, then he couldn’t have said 20-30 times that he ‘couldn’t breathe’ in as clear and distinct a voice as he was saying it- His airways was not cut off to the point he couldn’t breathe- he was saying he couldn’t breathe for more than 6 minutes- clearly and distinctly- and you see him breathing on the video- and you could see him moving his head around- further proof that his airway wasn’t shut off-
This whole thing stinks to the highest heavens-
i mean the whole railroading of the officer before all the facts are even known- and the public’s willingness to ignore what is known- that George was speaking clearly and distinctly for over 6 minutes- and that he was complaining about not being able to breathe long before he was even put into the car- The man was suffering drug overdose very likely- from fentanyl- a very powerful and deadly drug known for stopping breathing-
